Once the order has been shipped, customers in the US will receive their order within 2-5 business days. International customers usually receive their order within 7-10 business days.

We ship either USPS or FedEx - depending on cost and shipping transit times.
Can I track my order?
Or course you can! Once your order has shipped, we will send out an email with your tracking number and carrier that we used. From there, you can go directly to the carriers website and enter in your tracking number. You can see exactly where your package is at all times!
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00. For international orders, we charge based on real time costs to that particular country.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Sure you can! If you order has not shipped yet and you want to change something, give us a call at 1-877-207-9957 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org - make sure you have your order number ready for our team.
What about warranty and returns?

What about Customs Fees?
Unfortunately we do not cover Customs Fees. You will have to take care of those when your package arrives.
Will I receive email confirmations about my order?
You sure will! Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number and product information. Then, when your order ships, you will receive another email giving you your tracking number.

What if I click on a stream and it does not work?
This is a common situation that is encountered when streaming videos. There are many other users around the world watching the same streams. We recommend that you try many different streams when watching your content on your Element Android TV Box. Also, please try watching the same titles in different add-ons as they pull their streams from different sources.
What can I do if my videos are buffering on my Element box?
We recommend that you check the download speed chart below to make sure you have the correct amount. If you do not have the required speed, please try resetting your router (unplugging for 30 seconds and then plugging back in) and moving it closer to your box. If these options do not work, you may want to contact your Internet service provider to make sure you are getting the speed for which you are paying. What Internet speed do I need to use the Element Android TV Box?
The Internet speed needed to view your content on the Element box will depend on the resolution of the video you are streaming. Please reference the chart below to view the speed needed.

How do I check the speed of my Internet connection?
The speed and reliability of your Internet connection plays a huge role in your ability to enjoy your favorite content on your Element Android TV Box. To check your Internet connection speed please use the following instructions:
1. Click the green “My Apps” tab on the Element home screen.
2. Click on the “Speed Test” app.
3. Click “Begin Test” on the screen and let the test run to see what speeds you currently have.
If you are getting less than the speeds recommended in the above chart there are some options you can try to help increase the speed.
1. Move your Wifi router closer to your Element Ti4 unit.
2. Reset your Internet Modem by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
3. Contact your Internet Service Provider if you are not getting the speed for which you are paying.
Can my Element remote work with my TV?
There is a way to program the Element remote to turn on and off your TV if your TV has CEC. CEC is usually a feature on newer televisions, so please check to make sure your TV has this. If your TV does, here is how to program the remote to power the TV.
1. Hit the “set” button on the Element remote and hold it down until the white button turns red.
2. Once it turns red, hold your TV remote within six inches of the Element remote and hold down the power button.
3. Hold down the power button until the red light on the Element remote turns off.
4. Once this is done the Element remote will be able to turn on and off the TV.
Should I perform a factory reset?
If something is not working correctly on your box, try a factory reset. You will not lose any of the repositories pre-installed on your Element box, however, you will lose any shortcuts you have made within Kodi and other apps from the Google Play Store. These can be re-installed very quickly. To find out how to do a factory reset, watch this helpful video.
How do I update my version of Kodi?
The Kodi Media Center is constantly being updated to fix any bugs and to make the viewing experience more enjoyable. However, we do not recommend this as you will lose the repositories pre-installed on the box. We will always work to provide the latest stable version of Kodi. The newest version is not always the best, as the bugs have not yet been resolved.
To make sure you get the newest version of Kodi you do have to uninstall the version that comes on your box. Before you do this, please back up your user data folder so that you do not lose the add-ons in Kodi. Here is a link with instructions on how to do that:
Does my Element box get local channels?
While you are able to live stream all of the major networks from your Element Android TV Box, those channels are most likely not from your local area. We recommend that you get an antenna that is designed to pick up your local channels over the air.

Can my Element Android TV Box work anywhere in the world?
Yes, your box will work anywhere as long as you have an Internet connection and the correct power adapter. The add-ons will still be able to be used to their full potential anywhere you go.
Be patient when searching for the best streams. They are there, but it may take a couple of clicks to find the best one.
Not all streams will be in HD. Don’t be discouraged as the other options are still VERY high quality streams.
